Iconic
Submitted by Rob, West of Boston

This building is one of the most iconic images in all of Boston - and has been for longer than just the recent past. If that steeple could talk, what stories would it tell about the changing skyline of Boston?

Historic & Special
Submitted by murrayross, North Shore

Although my husband and I wanted to be married in Boston, we were turned off by local Catholic churches and the intolerance to women as priests, and gay/lesbians. We found the Old North Church not only inspiring due to its physical beauty, but also because of the welcoming people there. We have tried to be regular church goers in the past, but as our children grown and become increasingly involved in activities, getting into Boston is tougher...but we miss it and the people every weekend. It is a wonderful place that should be treasured by all...and ALL are welcome there.

Old memories
Submitted by Cynthia, West of Boston

As a small child of nine years old, my visit to The "Old North Church" has never been forgotten..Our school went there on a field trip to get to know "our history"
In years to follow and I will say many, I still go to the area ...
I just love the beautiful history we have in our great city of Boston...

To me there is nothing more beautiful than the combination of old and new...and that is what we see at "Old" North.
